This is Poppy, she came to us here at the shelter in very poor condition. Poppy is a German shepherd x Collie and is seven years old. Poppy is suffering with a skin condition that has been left untreated by her previous owner. Poppy has hair loss, extremely dry skin resulting in an all over body itch, multiple open sores and cracked skin. Poppy will require a lot of TLC, veterinary care and requi ... res round the clock care including medicated baths. It will take Poppy weeks, if not months to start to recover from her owners neglect.
