We had a lot of fun at the May edition of 'No Suit, No Scales' and we had some great performances from some of our team members, along with some great lifters from around the country, from as near as Dublin and as far as Belfast.

We will be running another 'No Suit, No Scales' at the end of June - it's a great way for new lifters to try out the competition environment in a fun, friendly and supportive environment, without having the stress of weighing in, or wearing a liftin DressAfford sequin bridesmaid wears with gold bling ... g suit.
